organizational values.
Delivering
on Promises
Once we
have made the promises, I think we have to stick to it. Delivering on your
promises is doing what you say you are going to do when you say you are going
to do it. Every time you follow through on a commitment, small or large, you
build trust. And if you go above and beyond, you make an even stronger
impression. So, if you say you are going to email prices to your customer by
tomorrow, try for today. If you say you are going to air-ship sample products
within a week, ship within a week—or sooner.
Clear
Communication
All
communication consists of three elements – the ‘sender’ who originates the
communication, the message that is being communicated, and one or more
‘receivers’ of the message. Communication occurs when one person speaks or
writes a message, or uses non-verbal body language to convey a message which is
received by one or more people. True ‘communication’ is not necessarily the
message that the sender intended to send, nor is it even necessarily the words
that the sender used – it is the message that was understood by the receiver.
Clear communication exists when the message received is the same as the message
which the sender intended to send.
Innovation
the work
needs to contain some elements from innovative minds of view. The innovation
helps to solve the problem in a different way.
Embracing
Change
Your
attitude toward life is affected by your ability to embrace change. If change
happens to you, rather than you influencing that change, you are much more
likely to feel like you are being dragged through life. Embrace change with a
calm and relaxed mind.
Respect
Being
respected by important people in our lives growing up teaches us how to be
respectful toward others. Respect means that you accept somebody for who they
are, even when they're different from you or you don't agree with them. Respect
in your relationships builds feelings of trust, safety, and wellbeing.
Collaboration
Collaboration
in the workplace takes into account employees' ideas, skills, experiences, and
opinions. When individuals work together openly, processes and goals become
more aligned, leading the group towards a higher success rate of achieving a
common goal.
Honesty
& Trust
Honesty
builds trust.
When we
are honest with one another we learn to trust. We don't have to wonder what is
being hidden or kept secret. Honesty doesn't always feel good at the time but
we can appreciate it because the person being honest is being vulnerable. They
are taking a chance at trusting you with the truth
